The hotel sits 5 km from Zermatt and directly adjacent to the Matterhorn Terminal Täsch train station. Guests can park in the hotel's underground parking for 10 CHF per night and leave the car after check-out until the end of the day. The shuttle train to Zermatt runs every 20 minutes, giving quick access to the Matterhorn Ski Resort and Gorner Glacier.
